Your Role
As a Financial Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, driving performance insights, and supporting strategic decision-making across our Danish and Nordic operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the financial health and operational excellence of Capgemini Denmark.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver timely and insightful financial reports and commentaries to management.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide clear explanations for development from previous periods as well as deviations from budget or forecast.
- Ensure data accuracy through validation and quality assurance of the input from offshore service centers.
- Conduct the monthly closing and deliver input and support for the Group consolidation process.
- Prepare annual reports for the Danish legal entities and manage the external audit process. Also manage tax review and other statutory reporting.
- Collaborate with teams across Finance, Sales, Operations, and HR to align financial data and insights.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls and governance standards.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and digitalization initiatives within Finance.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, HFM) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluent in English; Danish proficiency is a plus.
