Finance IT Transformation Lead, CEE&I
We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned Finance IT Transformation Lead to spearhead the delivery of our strategic transformation programme across Central & Eastern Europe and India, with a core emphasis on ERP implementation. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive large-scale change, shape technology strategy, and deliver impactful outcomes across diverse markets.
A successful candidate will play a leading role in driving our roll-out strategy,
maximizing the value for our markets and stakeholders, and ensuring a successful
implementation of finance technology & data stack.
What you’ll be doing
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the ERP rollout, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement, across Central & Eastern Europe and India (CEE&I), ensuring full alignment with business objectives and global process standards
- Close cooperation with internal stakeholders: regional teams, group functions, and local markets, to deliver a coordinated rollout plan that meets both strategic and local needs
- Building and managing a high-performing programme team, sourcing top talent and partners to support product development and delivery
- Running a cross-functional governance to ensure delivery teams implement ERP solutions tailored to regional needs, aligned with the global Center of Excellence template.
- Enabling timely decisions and actions across all organisational levels
- Overseeing the programme portfolio, managing timelines, milestones, resources, budgets, risks, and the strategic rollout plan across functions
- Jointly managing budgets with business stakeholders, securing funding to unlock value and advance the strategic roadmap
- Fostering strong partnerships, co-creating solutions, and maximizing long-term value from external engagements
Who are we looking for
We are seeking a passionate professional with ERP transformation experience with Dynamics 365. In addition to this, to be successful in the role, we imagine that you possess
- Solid leadership experience in running complex programmes that span various geographies and cultures
- Demonstrated ability to drive change across a global organisation
- Proven experience with successful Dynamics 365 ERP implementations (incl. F&O, Supply Chain & Procurement)
- Relevant degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT governance processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
- Experience working closely with senior business & IT stakeholders.
- Programme Management certification (e.g., PMP, SaFE, MSP) and/or experience in the CPG / FMCG industry will be an asset.
