About the job
As a key player in our service team, you will ensure that our service department complies with export control regulations, improving our processes and maintaining high standards. You will represent the voice of service in export control forums and perform customer screenings to support from quote to invoice. Some of your key responsibilities include:
Securing export control compliance in service and driving export control and trade sanctions processes in line with Alfa Laval’s present and future IT landscape.
Managing export control and trade sanctions from quote to invoice, including screening of partners.
Supporting, informing, and training users, including export control and trade Sanctions super users.
Developing, coordinating, and monitoring continuous improvement actions within export control and trade sanctions.
Acting as the MIRS license holder, supporting the entire service organization in screening customers and vessels.

Required Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in OneCRM.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a similar role.
Experience within the marine industry.
As part of a global organization, speaking and writing English are prerequisites.
The position of Export Control Specialist is temporary, appointed to cover maternity leave, with a tenure until April 30, 2026.
