Job Description
We are looking for a Delivery Excellence consultant to join us and participate in various SAP implementation projects as Project Manager.
In this role, you will make an impact by:
- Delivering SAP S/4HANA projects by managing projects scope, timeline, and resources.
- Managing multiple teams on- and offshore
- Managing and impacting key stakeholders to enhance our understanding of clients` needs and build lasting relationships.
- Managing project contract and budget
- Risk and issue management
- Status reporting to client’s key stakeholders like steering committees
You will also play a role in developing the Danish SAP offering, as we constantly strive for the cutting-edge within our core capabilities, industry insights, and collaboration within Deloitte in the Nordics and globally.
Qualifications
All curious and passionate candidates are encouraged to apply. To be successful in the role, we expect that you:
- Have 5+ years’ experience working with SAP project implementations.
- Have general management consulting experience.
- Have a Project Manager certification.
- Can with ease communicate in English, both verbally and written to stakeholders with technical and non-technical background. Ideally you have a high proficiency in Danish or a willingness to learn the language.
- Have strong communication, presentation, and people skills, to interact with our clients and the whole team.
- Have superior expertise in MS PowerPoint and MS Office in general.
- Have legal right to live and work in Denmark.
- Have the ability to travel – as we work in a hybrid set up for many of our clients.
- Contribute to building our offering to the next level, through e.g. sales activities or recruitment.
What you bring to the team:
- Ability to deliver business transformation based on SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- Experience with full project implementation cycle from project definition to operate.
- You can work efficiently with multi-functional teams – and see collaboration with other team members a key success criteria.
- You thrive in working as part of a team in an international and sometimes fast paced environment.
- You can lead smaller and bigger teams, taking charge of driving high quality and on-time delivery.
- You know the methodology and tools from SAP to make the implementation successful.
- Be part of and supporting the development and collaboration within the Nordic SAP PM Community
It is a bonus, if you also have
Experience with SAP in:
- Solution Manager or Cloud ALM
- Signavio process modelling
- SAP Activate method
- Having had Test management and Deployment lead roles or similar project management roles in a SAP implementation
