You will join and be part of the team of 5 people in Facility that focus on Service & Events. All are dedicated to support and provide service in connection with the different Coloplast events that runs during the year. Key Responsibilities
You will be an important part of our large projects, especially in connection with product launches. The majority of your time, you will spend coordinating and planning the events according to the Coloplast concept in close collaboration with internal and external suppliers and partners.
Part of this is also to:
- Coordinate and plan events according to Coloplast´s concept
- Collaborate with internal and external suppliers and partners
- Manage event templates and communicate on the intranet
- Be responsible for smaller internal launches and create in-house awareness
- Oversee event budgets and finances
- Develop and nurture your internal stakeholder network
- Maintain existing and create new social offers and experiences for our employees
There will also be opportunities to plan and execute events abroad.
This role may develop into a permanent position and giving you the chance to manage larger projects and contribute to events that have a meaningful impact.
Qualifications
On a personal level, you thrive behind the scenes, maintaining an overview of the practicalities and planning the details while also contributing with new creative ideas. To you, collaboration is the key to a successful event, and you are able to work across the business and different professions.
Finally, you should:
- Have experience in the hospitality sector or as an event coordinator
- Are able to run a project and manage budgets
- Are fluent in English
