We are seeking a dedicated Document Controller to manage and oversee our organization's documents and records. The Document Controller will ensure that all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and properly stored. This role is crucial for maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and ensuring the smooth operation of our document management system.
About the job
As a Document Controller, you'll be at the heart of complex projects for our Energy customers. You will manage, organize, and ensure the accuracy of project documentation, collaborating closely with project managers to keep everything running smoothly. This position can be based in Søborg, Denmark.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the intake, handling, and storage of documentation.
Develop and implement processes for document control.
Quality control of all documentation to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
Review and update documents as necessary.
Track and manage versions of documents.
Retrieve files as needed by company staff.
Securely backup and store documents.
Ensure all documentation is discoverable and accessible.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure all documents are accounted for and in the appropriate location.
Cooperate with customers regarding the turnover package requirements and deliverables
Monitor regulatory activity to maintain compliance with records and document management laws.

What You Know
You have proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role, are proficiency in document management software with knowledge of regulatory requirements related to documents. You possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. You have s Strong communication and coordination abilities. Familiarity with electronic document management systems (EDMS) is an advantage as well as the ability and desire to train others.
