Commercially driven Customer Success Manager

Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be partial in the growth engine and success of our Nordic region, with a strong focus on Denmark. Working closely with your co-lead and the wider Nordic Region, you will focus on demand generation, partnerships, operational delivery, and customer success – owning the full commercial P&L from acquisition through to retention.

You’ll optimize existing operations, shape the post-sale experience, and ensure every customer touchpoint from first click to furnished office reflects NORNORM’s value and excellence. You’ll support smooth handovers, join key customer meetings, and identify opportunities to drive retention and revenue through upsell and expansion. Always focused on improving operational efficiency and customer happiness, you’ll play a key role in boosting both retention and new revenue.
