Join our Nordic Customer Care team as a CRM Specialist and help elevate customer experience through smart Salesforce usage, data insights, and process improvements. Be the go-to expert for CRM in the Nordics, driving best practices and cross-team collaboration.
What you will do
- Provide daily Salesforce support and guidance to Nordic users
- Onboard and train new users; tailor global CRM materials for local markets
- Manage user access, profiles, and local CRM configurations
- Ensure data accuracy and lead clean-up initiatives
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards for business insights
- Promote CRM best practices and data governance standards
- Host Nordic quality reviews and track key service metrics
- Support CRM and customer service improvement projects across teams.
What you bring
Experience
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (as key user or admin)
- Experience in customer service, CRM coordination, or quality assurance
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in one or more Nordic language is a strong plus
- Project coordination or leadership experience is an advantage.
Personal competencies
- Analytical mindset with a flair for building dashboards and making sense of complex data
- Strong communicator with the ability to train, engage, and support end users
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional, international, and ideally matrix organization.
