Danske Bank is seeking a dedicated and motivated Support Team Member to join our Asset Management division. In this role, you will play a vital part in assisting our Client Managers in delivering high-quality service to our institutional clients.

Danske Bank Asset Management (DBAM), a division of Danske Bank LC&I, provides a comprehensive array of investment solutions and services. With a commitment to active management, DBAM employs a disciplined investment process across various asset classes including equities, bonds, multi-asset strategies, and alternative investments. Additionally, DBAM offers options for passive management. Our primary goal is to generate long-term value for our diverse clientele, which includes institutional investors and corporate customers.
In the role as a Client Service Specialist, you will:
- Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, working with various teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Help manage agreements, including drafting and updating documents while keeping things clear and straightforward.
- Support the process of ending agreements when needed, making sure everything is done correctly.
- Handle fund orders from clients and respond to various questions from Client Managers and clients.
- Assisting in direct day-to-day client engagement and dialogue.
- Join client meetings as needed to represent the back office and provide insights support.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Danish and English is required; knowledge of other Nordic languages is a bonus.
- Good communication skills and a friendly attitude, with the ability to work well with others.
- A team player who enjoys helping colleagues and clients.
- Previous experience in a support or administrative role is a plus but not essential.
