YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU
We are looking for a service-minded logistics specialist with a structured approach to problem-solving to drive the day to day business operations of our Chinese logistics. You will be in daily contact with our 3rd party logistics provider in the region, and hence can speak and write both Chinese and English. This position is offered as a 6-month fixed-term contract.
Responsibilities ahead of you
- Deliver best-in-class logistics services and general customer service enquiries to both our DTC and wholesale channels
- Follow up and ensure our deadlines are met when launching new collections
- Responsible for daily processing of reorders, both DTC and wholesale orders
- Ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly at our warehouse: goods receipt of inbound shipments, invoice outbound shipments, export daily picks, handle ad hoc discrepancies etc.
- Create launch picks, ensure fair allocation and shipment timing according to revenue targets and launch dates
- Actively participate in the monthly Business Review meetings with our Chinese warehouse
- Prepare input and actively participate in the operational part of the weekly CN trade meeting
- Participate in logistics projects in Asia region
- Being a proactive and contributing team player in the Logistics team as well as with sales and other departments in GANNI
- Constantly seeking to identify and implement process improvements and cost optimizations to support service level and sustainable development targets

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS
- Min. 2 years experience working in Supply Chain/Logistics area
- A bachelor or masters degree in Supply Chain or Logistics
- Excellent Customer Service and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English is required. Chinese language skills are a strong advantage and preferred, but not an absolute requirement. Please specify your language skills in the application.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to structure a complex day
- Experience working with Microsoft Navision or similar ERP systems is a plus
- Ability to start on short notice and commit to a 6-month fixed-term contract
