You will join a dedicated, helpful and dynamic team of 5 people with an ambitious and informal work environment with room for creativity. We collaborate closely with our colleagues in sales and share a passion for our products. You will work with colleagues across the Buying department to create products and collections with a focus on our goals for quality, workmanship, trend and sustainability. You will be a part of a company with focus on growth and development in all aspects of our business.
MAKE YOUR MARK ON TOMORROW’S FASHION
As a Buying Assistant you will get a wide network both internally and externally with our colleagues from buying, sales, design and suppliers. You will work closely with our sourcing departments and suppliers around the world and your tasks will vary a lot and will include all different aspects of the different buying processes – from product development to production. Together with the rest of the Express team and relevant stakeholders you will help to ensure that we have the right qualities, prices, deliveries and that the products are according to the current trend as well as our customers’ expectations.
More specifically your tasks will among others include:
- Daily support to our buyers and suppliers
- Preparing of collections
- Coordinating tasks
- Order placement and production follow ups
- Developing and creating collection in close cooperation with the team

YOUR PROFILE
You are eager to learn, structured and with an interest in buying, relations and communication. As a person you are independent and proactive, enabling you to keep a sense of perspective in a fast and creative environment. You possess good communication and collaboration skills, which enable you to establish good relations, both internally and externally. Furthermore, you are curious and see the importance and value in the details.
We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications to the job:
- Education within purchase and/or relevant buying experience
- Structured and administrative mindset
- Experience in working in Excel
- Fluent in English. Written and spoken
