YOUR TEAM
By joining our AI Fashion Planning team, you will be at the forefront of developing state-of-the-art AI solutions for some of BESTSELLER’s most strategically important projects within demand planning and inventory optimisation.
You will join a cross-functional group of data scientists, product specialists and stakeholders – all working together to embed AI solutions that create measurable value in our business.
YOUR ROLE
As our Business Analyst you will focus on ensuring that AI products developed by the team are fully embedded in user workflows, driving adoption and value realization.
Furthermore, your tasks will include:
- Designing next-level planning processes and solutions in close collaboration with data scientists and planners.
- Facilitating change management processes for our AI solutions across the organization.
- Driving data analysis and help derive key metrics for product improvement.
- Supporting the team and stakeholders with demand planning and inventory management expertise and knowledge of best practices.
- Creating visualizations, dashboards, and presentations to support data-driven decisions.

YOUR PROFILE
You are a self-driven, analytical thinker with excellent communication skills. You thrive on working with both people and processes and have a strong desire to make an impact through tech. This role is perfect for someone with real-life experience as a planner and supply chain specialist and a passion for driving data-driven decision-making combined with expertise in change management.
Furthermore, you need the following qualifications:
- Experience in driving product adoption within user communities.
- A good understanding of data analysis, with the ability to interpret and present insights.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
