Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Maintain office supplies and inventory. Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports. Provide general administrative support to the team
Key skills and qualifications
- Required experience in a similar field
- Proficiency in office management systems and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in administrative support roles. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Danish language skills are MUST.
