As an Administrative Assistant here at Honeywell, you will provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations by ensuring smooth administrative processes and providing essential support to our team.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory. Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports. Provide general administrative support to the team

Key skills and qualifications

  • Required experience in a similar field
  • Proficiency in office management systems and procedures
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in administrative support roles. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Danish language skills are MUST.
